Abstract

METODO PARA PURIFICAR UN ACTIVADOR DE PLASMINOGENO DE TEJIDO UTERINO. COMPRENDE: A) MEZCLAR EL EXTRACTO DE CELULAS QUE PRODUCEN UTPA CON POLIMEROS SOLUBLES EN AGUA, PARA FORMAR UNA MEZCLA DE FASES QUE TIENE UN 65 POR CIENTO EN PESO DE UTPA Y EL 30 POR CIENTO EN AGUA; B) CROMATOGRAFIAR POR AFINIDAD HIDROFOBA LA FASE QUE CONTIENE UTPA, PARA PURIFICARLA, Y C) FIJAR EL ACTIVADOR DE PLASMIDO DE TEJIDO UTERINO (NUTPA) AL ANTICUERPO ANTI-TPA MEDIANTE CROMATOGRAFIA DE AFINIDAD DE LA FASE UTPA PURIFICADA. SE UTILIZA PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE INFARTOS DE MIOCARDIO.
