CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR MUTUAMENTE LA ADENINA-9-BETA-D-PARABINOFURANOSIDO 5K MONOFOSFATO (PARA-AMP), ACTIVADO CON UNA CARBODIIMIDA, Y ALBUMINA HUMANA LACTOSAMINADA (L-HSA), REALIZANDOSE LA CONJUGACION A UN PH SUPERIOR A 6,5, LA ACTIVACION DE PARA-AMP CON CARBODIIMIDA SE REALIZA DIRECTAMENTE EN EL MEDIO DE REACCION QUE CONTIENE PARA-AMP Y L-HSA EN EL QUE SE INTRODUCE LA CARBODIIMIDA, LA CUAL CONSISTE EN 1-ETIL-3-(DIMETILAMINOPROPIL)-CARBODIIMIDA, REALIZANDOSE LA REACCION A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 25JC.
