EL PROCEDIMIENTO SE EMPLEA, PREFERENTEMENTE, SOBRE PC/ABS-BLEND, PC/PBTP-BLEND, POLIURETANOS Y CAUCHOS DE SILICONA Y, EN ESPECIAL, SOBRE MATERIALES TERMOPLASTICOS. COMO COLORANTES SON ADECUADOS LOS DE TERMODIFUSION Y DE SUBLIMACION. LA TEMPERATURA DEL MATERIAL SINTETICO DEBE SER 30JC SUPERIOR, AL MENOS, A LA DE SUBLIMACION DEL COLORANTE. EL COLORANTE PUEDE APLICARSE POR PULVERIZACION, A BROCHA O SIMILAR, RETIRANDO LUEGO LOS RESTOS NO DIFUNDIDOS.
