CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE DIAZOTACION DE UN DERIVADO DE AMINOPIRAZINA DE FORMULA (II) POR TRATAMIENTO CON UN NITRITO DE ALQUILO, TAL COMO NITRITO DE ISOANILO, EN PRESENCIA DE UNA BASE ENTRE HIDROXIDOS DE METAL ALCALINO, AMIDAS Y COMPUESTOS ORGANOMETALICOS, EN TETRAHIDROFURANO COMO DISOLVENTE, PARA OBTENER EL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (I), EN LA QUE M ES UN EQUIVALENTE DE METAL ALCALINO O ALCALINOTERREO Y R PUEDE SER UNO DE VARIOS RADICALES; Y SEPARACION DEL COMPUESTO FORMADO MEDIANTE CROMATOGRAFIA DE INTERCAMBIO IONICO.
