COMPRENDE: A) INCUBAR LA MUESTRA DE SUERO A INVESTIGAR CON T3 O T4 MARCADA CON ENZIMAS CONOCIDAS COMO LA PEROXIDASA O LA B-GALACTOSIDASA UNIDAS A TRAVES DE UN ESPACIADOR CON UNA LONGITUD DE 3 A 8 ATOMOS DE CARBONO COMO POR EJEMPLO EL ACIDO AMINOBUTIRICO O LA GLICINA; B) INCUBAR CON UN ANTICUERPO CONTRA T4 O TGB INMOVILIZADO CONTRA LA PARTE FC DEL ANTICUERPO, DURANTE MENOS DE 5 MINUTOS EN CASO DE UTILIZARSE ANTICUERPOS ANTI-T4; C) SEPARAR LAS FASES; Y D) MEDIR LA ENZIMA DE MARCACION EN UNA DE LAS FASES.
