Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL CONTROL DEL FUNCIONAMIENTO DE UN ALTO HORNO. CONSISTE EN TOMAR GASES SUCESIVAMENTE A PARTIR DE VARIOS ORIFICIOS EN LA PARED DEL ALTO HORNO Y EFECTUAR UN ANALISIS DE LOS GASES Y MEDIR SUS PRESIONES. LA OPERACION SE REPITE EN PERIODOS SIGNIFICATIVOS DEL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL ALTO HORNO, DISCUTIENDOSE LA INSTALACION PARA LA PUESTA EN PRACTICA DEL PROCEDIMIENTO. ANTES DEL ANALISIS SE EFECTUA UNA PREPARACION DE LA LINEA CORRESPONDIENTE AL ORIFICIO AL QUE ALCANZA EL ANALISIS, SIENDO ESTE PRIORITARIO A LA MEDICION DE PRESION, REALIZANDOSE PREVIAMENTE UN PURGADO MEDIANTE GAS NEUTRO BAJO PRESION, EN LA ZONA VECINA AL PUNTO DE TOMA EN EL ALTO HORNO.
