CONSISTE EN INCINERAR SUB-ESTEQUIOMETRICAMENTE, A UNA TEMPRATURA DE 1.200 GRADOS COMO MINIMO, SIENDO REGULADA LA RELACION ENTRE EL MATERIAL RESIDUAL INYECTADO Y EL OXIDANTE, PARA OBTENER UN COEFICIENTE CO2/COBCO2 INFERIOR A 0,1. LA ENERGIA TERMICA REQUERIDA PARA EL PROCESO DE DESTRUCCION ES SUMINISTRADA POR UN GAS, QUE PREVIAMENTE HA SIDO CALENTADO EN UN GENERADOR DE PLASMA. LA CAPACIDAD CALORIFICA DEL GAS SE PUEDE UTILIZAR PARA CALENTAR EL CARBON CONTENIDO EN UN REACTOR.
