DISPOSITIVO DETECTOR DEL NIVEL DE UN LIQUIDO CONTENIDO EN UN DEPOSITO. CONSTA DE UNA BARRA VERTICAL INSERTADA EN EL DEPOSITO Y UN FLOTADOR MOVIL. LA BARRA SOPORTA UN CIRCUITO IMPRESO, DOTADO DE UNA PISTA CONDUCTORA CONTINUA Y UNA RESISTENCIA VARIABLE PARALELA A LA PISTA. SOBRE EL FLOTADOR SE HA MONTADO UN ELEMENTO METALICO QUE ENTRA EN CONTACTO CON LA PISTA CONDUCTORA Y CON LA RESISTENCIA VARIABLE. PISTA CONDUCTORA Y RESISTENCIA VARIABLE SE HAN MONTADO EN DOS SUPERFICIES PARALELAS DEFINIDAS POR LA BARRA. EL FLOTADOR ESTA DOTADO DE UNA ACANALADURA CENTRAL, EN LA QUE SE ALOJA CON HOLGURA LA BARRA. UNA LAMINA FLEXIBLE TOMA CONTACTO CON LA PISTA CONDUCTORA CONTINUA Y OTRA CON LA RESISTENCIA VARIABLE.
