Abstract
METODO PARA LA PREPARACION DE UN AGLUTINANTE UTILIZADO EN LA FABRICACION DE UN MOLDE O MACHO DE FUNDICION. CONSISTE EN AÑADIR A PARTICULAS REFRACTARIAS UN AGLUTINANTE QUE COMPRENDE UNA SAL DE METAL ALCALINO DE UN ACIDO ORGANICO POLIBASICO O DE UN ACIDO ORGANICO MONOBASICO POLIMERIZADO, JUNTO CON UN HIDROXIDO DE METAL ALCALINOTERREO Y UNO O MAS OXIDOS DE METAL POLIVALENTE. A CONTINUACION SE AÑADE AGUA EN LA CANTIDAD NECESARIA. Y POR ULTIMO SE HACE PASAR A TRAVES DE LA MEZCLA FORMADA UN GAS ACIDO, TENIENDO DICHO ACIDO UN PKA NO INFERIOR A 2,5 Y TENIENDO LA DISOLUCION DE LA SAL DE METAL ALCALINO ANTES DE LA ADICION DEL HIDROXIDO DE METAL ALCALINOTERREO UN PH NO INFERIOR A 5,7.
