CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II) CON UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (III) O UN ANHIDRIDO DEL MISMO, PARA OBTENER DERIVADOS DEL BENZODIOXOL DE FORMULA (I), DONDE R1 ES UN RESTO SUSTITUIDO O INSUSTITUIDO, ALIFATICO, AROMATICO O HETEROAROMATICO; ALK ES UN RESTO ALQUILENO, ALQUENILENO O ALQUILIDENO CON UN MAXIMO DE 5 ATOMOS DE CARBONO; N1 SIGNIFICA 0, 1 O 2; N2 SIGNIFICA 0 O 1; R2, R3 Y R4 SIGNIFICAN, INDEPENDIENTEMENTE ENTRE SI, H, ALQUILO INFERIOR, ALCOXI INFERIOR O HALOGENO; Y A SIGNIFICA EL RESTO -O-R5, DONDE R5 SIGNIFICA UN RESTO HIDROCARBURO INSUSTITUIDO O SUSTITUIDO ALIFATICO O ARILALIFATICO.
