COMPRENDE: A) ESCINDIR UN ACIDO DESOXIDORRIBONUCLEICO CROMOSOMICO DE BACILLUS SUBTILIS (NATTO) CONTENIENDO UN PROMOTOR ALFA-AMILASA CON UNA ENDONUCLEASA PARA FORMAR FRAGMENTOS DE ACIDO DESOXIDORRIBONUCLEICO; B) EMPALMAR LOS FRAGMENTOS DE ACIDO DESOXIDORRIBONUCLEICO A PLASMIDIOS CONOCIDOS Y TAMIZAR LOS PLASMIDIOS HIBRIDOS RESULTANTES USANDO REACCION ALMIDON-YODO PARA SELECCIONAR UN PLASMIDO QUE EXHIBE PROMOTOR AMILASA DERIVADO; Y C) EMPALMAR EL PLASMIDO QUE CONTIENE PROMOTOR DE ALFA-AMILASA A UN PLASMIDIO DERIVADO DE UN BACTERIO GRAMNEGATIVO.
