CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II) CON UNA AMINA PRIMARIA DE FORMULA (III) EN PRESENCIA DE UNA BASE ORGANICA PARA OBTENER DERIVADOS DE AZETIDINA SUSTITUIDOS DE FORMULA (I), DONDE R1 REPRESENTA UN GRUPO METILO SUSTITUIDO POR UN GRUPO FENILO; Y R2 REPRESENTA UN ATOMO DE CLORO O DE BROMO O UN GRUPO HIDROXI O ALCANOILOXI DE HASTA 6 ATOMOS DE CARBONO. LA REACCION SE LLEVA A CABO EN PRESENCIA DE UN DISOLVENTE HIDROCARBONADO COMO ALCOHOL DE PETROLEO Y A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 50 Y 100 C.
