COMPRENDE: A) FORMAR CON AGITACION UNA MEZCLA INTIMA DE SEDIMENTO DE LACTATO AMONICO CALCICO MEZCLADO CON EL SUERO AMONIACAL FERMENTADO, Y UNA CANTIDAD DE SULFATO CALCICO DESHIDRATADO O SEMIHIDRATADO EFECTIVA PARA PRODUCIR EL PRODUCTO SECO, MANTENIENDO LA TEMPERATURA DURANTE LA MEZCLA ALREDEDOR DE LOS 50C; Y B) SECAR LA MEZCLA EN CONTACTO CON AIRE, HACIENDOLO PASAR EN CONTACTO CON LAS PARTICULAS QUE ESTAN EN SUSPENSION O EXTENDIENDO LA MEZCLA EN UNA CAPA DELGADA EN CONTACTO CON EL AIRE Y DEJANDOLA EN REPOSO, MANTENIENDO LA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 30 Y 40C.
