PROCEDIMIENTO DE CARGA DE UN ELECTRODO. EL PROCEDIMIENTO PERMITE QUE UN MATERIAL DE ELECTRODO, INCLUYENDO POLIFLUORETILENPROPILENO (FEP) Y PLITETRAFLUORETILENO (PTFE), OBTENGA UNA CARGA POSITIVA INTERNA ESTABLE. PARA ELLO EL MATERIAL SE CARGA POR INYECCION DE CARGAS POSITIVAS, BIEN SOMETIENDOLO A UNA DESCARGA EN CORONA POSITIVA, BIEN MEDIANTE OTRA FUENTE DE IONES PARCIALMENTE PENETRANTES CARGADOS POSITIVAMENTE. LA CARGA SE REALIZA A TEMPERATURA NO INFERIOR A 100 C, PERO POR DEBAJO DE LA TEMPERATURA DE FUSION DEL MATERIAL. LA PROFUNDIDAD MEDIA DE LA CARGA RESULTA ASI SUPERIOR A 4 MICRAS POR DEBAJO DE LA SUPERFICIE DEL MATERIAL. EL PROCEDIMIENTO ADMITE TECNICAS DE CARGA CONVENCIONAL PARA OBTENER UNA CARGA SUPERFICIAL SOBRE EL MATERIAL.
