LAS VIDRIERAS COMPRENDEN TRES CAPAS SUPERPUESTAS; LA PRIMERA DE ANCLAJE PARA ASEGURAR LA ADHERENCIA CON LA SUPERFICIE DE LA VIDRIERA, CONSTITUIDA POR UNA ALEACION DE NIQUEL-CROMO Y QUE SE DEPOSITA POR VAPORIZACION EN VACIO CON CRISOL DE TUNGSTENO A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 1500 C; LA SEGUNDA ES UNA CAPA INTERMEDIA QUE CONFIERE LAS CARACTERISTICAS OPTICAS DE LA VIDRIERA Y QUE COMPRENDE ORO, PLATA Y COBRE; LA TERCERA CAPA, LA SUPERFICIAL, ESTA CONSTITUIDA POR UN DIELECTRICO A BASE DE OXIDO DE SILICIO O SULFURO DE CINC.
