On top of it, metalized finish plating containing at least one of Au, Ag, Pd, Pt, Rh, Ir, Ni, Cd, In, Sn, Al, Ti, Cr, and V is formed by use of sputtering, ion plating, and vacuum deposition, so that dry plating is performed for finishing.
