COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: PRIMERA, SE INTRODUCE UN MINERAL DE HIERRO FINO Y UN ACEITE PESADO EN UN LECHO FLUIDIZADO DE UN REACTOR DE FRACCIONAMIENTO TERMICO, PARA EFECTUAR EL FRACCIONAMIENTO DEL ACEITE PESADO EN PRODUCTOS DE FRACCIONAMIENTO TERMICO Y EN UN PRODUCTO SECUNDARIO CARBONOSO QUE SE DEPOSITA SOBRE LAS PARTICULAS DE MINERAL DE HIERRO; SEGUNDA, SE INTRODUCE DICHO MINERAL FINO DE HIERRO, CON PARTICULAS CARBONOSAS, EN UN HORNO REDUCTOR DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO PARA REDUCIR EL MINERAL FINO DE HIERRO A HIERRO REDUCIDO Y PARA FORMAR UN GAS DE ESCAPE; Y POR ULTIMO, DESTILAR LOS PRODUCTOS DE FRACCIONAMIENTO TERMICO OBTENIDOS EN LA PRIMERA ETAPA.
