EL CLINKER SE FORMA EN UN HORNO DE TUBO GIRATORIO (13) EMPLEANDOSE UN COMBUSTIBLE QUE SE INTRODUCE POR EL REACTOR (5) EN AL MENOS 65%, CON RELACION AL CONSUMO TOTAL DE CALOR, Y AL HORNO EN AL MENOS 10%. LA COMBUSTION DEL COMBUSTIBLE SE REALIZA EN DOS ETAPAS Y EN RELACION CASI ESTEQUIOMETRICA, CON AL MENOS DOS CORRIENTES PARCIALES DE GAS OXIGENADO, AGREGANDOSE UNA DE ELLAS EN CALIDAD DE GAS DE FLUIDIZACION (8), Y OTRA EN CALIDAD DE GAS SECUNDARIO (9).
