Abstract

Thermographic screen to display temperature variations at the skin surface comprising a supporting plate A, and a thermosensitive composite layer Al carried on said support plate and composed of sequential layers of microencapsulated liquid crystal formulations carried in a binder. Each formulation has a different range of temperature sensitivity. The composite layer is prepared by silk printing sequentially successive formulations on to a support plate A and covering with a film A2.
