EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN PROLONGAR EL RECIPIENTE MEDIANTE UNA PIEZA DE PROLONGACION, AÑADIR ALIMENTO HASTA LLENAR EL RECIPIENTE Y FORMAR UN CONJUNTO CERRADO PROVISTO DE UNA SALIDA PARA EL ESCAPE DEL AIRE; EL VAPOR ES PURGADO HASTA QUE SE CONTRAIGA EN FORMA QUE EL ALIMENTO VUELVA HASTA EL RECIPIENTE INICIAL; A CONTINUACION SE SEPARA EL RECIPIENTE, LA PIEZA DE PROLONGACION Y EL MIEMBRO DE CIERRE.
