PREPARACION DE UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE PH 6,8 A 8,0 QUE CONTIENE UN POLIPEPTIDO, TAL COMO INSULINA O GLUCAGON EN FORMA DESAGREGADA Y QUE CONTIENE EL ION DE BICARBONATO. SE INTRODUCE ION BICARBONATO EN AGUA HASTA OBTENER UNA CONCENTRACION DE 2 MOLAR A 2,5 MOLAR Y UN PH 6,8 A 8,0 Y ENTONCES SE PROCEDE A LA DISOLUCION DEL POLIPEPTIDO EN LA DISOLUCION ANTES RESULTANTE. EL ION BICARBONATO SE INTRODUCE EN LA DISOLUCION AÑADIENDO A LA MISMA LOS COMPONENTES DE SUERO DE MAMIFERO, QUE TIENEN UN PESO MOLECULAR INFERIOR A 500 Y OBTENIDO, EXTRAYENDO LA FRACCION DE SANGRE DE MAMIFERO, FILTRANDO EL SUERO PARA ELIMINAR LAS SUSTANCIAS QUE TIENEN UN PESO MOLECULAR INFERIOR A 500, HACIENDO PASAR LAS SUSTANCIAS A TRAVES DE UN GEL CARGADO POSITIVAMENTE A PH 7,0-7,5 PARA ENLAZAR LAS SUSTANCIAS QUE CONTIENEN EL ION BICARBONATO EL GEL, LAVANDO EL GEL A PH 2-4 Y RECOGIENDO EL EXTRACTO RESULTANTE.
