SE TRATAN LAS SUPERFICIES CON UN HALURO DE HIDROGENO, TAL COMO CLORURO, FLUORURO O BROMURO DE HIDROGENO, EN LAS CONDICIONES DE TRATAMIENTO PARA FORMAS OXIDOS DE VALENCIAS VARIABLES, POSEYENDO LA SUMA DE DICHOS OXIDOS FORMADOS MAYOR CONDUCTIVIDAD ELECTRICA, INCLUYENDO LICHAS CONDICIONES UNA TEMPERATURA QUE VA DESDE LA ABIENTE HASTA 482 C Y UNA PRESION DE BOQUILLA EN EL INTERVALO DE 0,35 A 350 KG/CM2. EN EL TRATAMIENTO ADICIONALMENTE PUEDE ESTAR PRESENTE UNA SAL DE AMONIO, TAL COMO CLORURO, FLUORURO O BROMURO DE AMONIO.
