A CONTINUACION SE ACTIVA EL MARCADOR DE AGENTE DE FLUORESCENCIA CON UNA FUENTE DE ENERGIA COMPATIBLE CON LA ESPECIE MARCADA Y SE DETERMINA LA PRESENCIA O AUSENCIA DE LUZ QUIMILUMINISCENTE EMITIDA.
