CONSISTENTE EN LA DEPOSICION DE SALES FUNDENTES SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE DE LA CHATARRA ANTES DE ELIMINAR EL RECUBRIMIENTO POR COMBUSTION. SE UTILIZA UNA DISOLUCION ACUOSA, QUE CONTIENE AL MENOS 4 POR 100 DE MEZCLA FUNDENTE, CONSTITUIDA POR SALES DE HALOGENUROS DE METAL, PREFERIBLEMENTE ENTRE 40-60 POR 100 DE KCL Y 60-40 POR 100 DE NACL, CON ADICION DE NAF Y-O KF EN UNA CANTIDAD TOTAL DE HASTA 3 POR 100. LA APLICACION DE LA DISOLUCION SE EFECTUA PULVERIZANDO LA CHATARRA EN FORMA DE FRAGMENTOS SEPARADOS, QUE SE SOMETEN, DESPUES DE SECADOS, A COMBUSTION EFECTUADA A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 400 A 500 GRADOS CENTIGRADOS.
