CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UNA DIAMIDA DE FORMULA (II) CON CIANAMIDA O UNA 2-(ALQUILO)ISOTIOUREA, Y UN CLOROFORMIATO DE ALQUILO, O UN CARBONATO DE DIALQUILO. EN TODOS LOS CASOS, LOS RADICALES ALQUILO CONTIENEN DE 1 A 6 ATOMOS DE CARBONO. EXISTEN COMO ALTERNATIVA, OTROS COMPUESTOS CON LOS QUE SE PUEDE HACER REACCIONAR LA DIAMIDA DE FORMULA (II).
