INSTALACION PARA EL MOLDEO POR COLADA DE CULATAS DE CILINDROS PARA MOTORES DE COMBUSTION INTERNA DE ALEACION LIGERA, UTILIZANDO LINGOTERAS SUBDIVIDIDAS. EN LA INSTALACION EL MOVIMIENTO DE LAS PARTES DE LA LINGOTERA Y EL DEL DISPOSITIVO DE EXPULSION DE LA PIEZA COLADA SE REALIZA CON MECANISMOS ACCIONADAS HIDRAULICAMENTE, QUE SON ESTACIONARIOS A LOS PUESTOS DE TRABAJO. SE PREVEN ASIMISMO DISPOSITIVOS DE ABASTECIMIENTO DE LA LINGOTERA, POR EJEMPLO, PARA EFECTUAR LA CALEFACCION REFRIGERACION Y OPERACIONES SIMILARES. DICHA INSTALACION POSEE ADEMAS UNA DISPOSICION EN DOS PUESTOS DE TRABAJO PARA REALIZAR LA COLADA Y OTRO QUE SE UTILIZA PARA OPERACIONES TALES COMO EL MOLDEO DE LA PIEZA, O PARA INCORPORAR LOS MACHOS, O PARA CERRAR LAS PARTES DE LA LINGOTERA. CADA UNA DE LAS LINGOTERAS POSEE BEBEDEROS DE COLADA EN PRLONGACION DE LA DIRECCION DE MOVIMIENTO DE LAS LINGOTERAS. LAS DOS LINGOTERAS Y SUS BASTIDORES SE UNEN POR UN MIEMBROS DISTANCIADOR. AMBAS PARTES LONGITUDINALES DE LA LINGOTERA SE DISPONENE SOBRE UNA PLACA COMUN COLOCADA SOBRE UN BASTIDOR EN MOVIMIENTO CON COLUMNAS CENTRADORAS. DICHAS INSTALACIONES SE DISPONEN EN FILA UNA JUNTO A OTRAS, SIENDO LOS HORNOS DOSIFICADORES MOVILES TRANSVERSALMENTE RESPECTO DE LA DIRECCION DE MOVIMIENTO DE LINGOTERAS.
