PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE DERIVADOS DE FIJACION DE MURAMILPEPTIDOS, SUS HOMOLOGOS Y DERIVADOS. CONSISTE EN REALIZAR UN ACOMPLAMIENTO COVALENTE ENTRE: A) LAS FUNCIONES AMINA LIBRES DE UNA ESTRUCTURA POLIMERICA, DE NATURALEZA PEPTIDICA, Y B) UNA DE LAS FUNCIONES CARBOXILICAS, PREFERENTEMENTE LA FUNCION GAMMA-CARBOXILO, DE COMPUESTOS DEL TIPO MURALMILPEPTIDO O DE SUS HOMOLOGOS Y DERIVADOS, EN QUE LA CADENA PEPTIDICA CORRESPONDE A UN PRIMER AMINOACIDO DE LA SERIE D, FIJADO AL GRUPO MURAMILO (O DERIVADO DE ESTE) Y EL SEGUNDO AMINOACIDO ES DERIVADO DEL ACIDO D-GLUTAMICO, AL QUE PERTENECE LA FUNCION GAMMA-CARBOXILO, QUE INTERVIENE EN CORRESPONDENCIA CON LA REACCION DE ACOPLAMIENTO.
