EL MOLDE LLEVA UNA SERIE DE ORIFICIOS (22) QUE PERMITEN EL INSUFLADO DE LA FUNDA INCHABLE Y OTROS ORIFICIOS (20) QUE PERMITEN LA INYECCION DE MATERIA PLASTICA ENTRE LA FUNDA INCHABLE Y EL MOLDE. UNA VEZ REALIZADA LA INYECCION SE SOMETE EL MOLDE A COCCION PARA CONSEGUIR LA POLIMERIZACION DE LA ESTRUCTURA FORMADA, A CONTINUACION DE LO CUAL SE DESMOLDEA LA LLANTA. LA MATERIA INYECTADA EN EL MOLDE PUEDE LLEVAR ADITIVOS PARA MEJORAR LA DISIPACION DE CALOR PRODUCIDO DURANTE EL FRENADO Y PARA HACER A LA LLANTA RETRORREFLECTANTE. E
