PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE CASEINATOS DE OLIGOELEMENTOS. CONSISTE EN INTRODUCIR EN UNA CASEINA, OBTENIDA POR ULTRAFILTRACION, UN OLIGOELEMENTO POR INTERCAMBIO IONICO. EL INTERCAMBIO IONICO TIENE LUGAR PONIENDO EN CONTACTO LA CASEINA EN SOLUCION CON UNA RESINA INTERCAMBIADORA CATIONICA CARGADA CON EL OLIGOELEMENTO. A CONTINUACION SE EFECTUA UN LAVADO POR ULTRAFILTRACION, DIAFILTRACION Y/O DIALISIS. EL OLIGOELEMENTO EMPLEADO SE ELIGE DE ENTRE LOS SIGUIENTES: CROMO, COBALTO, COBRE, ESTAÑO, HIERRO, MAGNESIO, MANGANESO, MOLBDENO, NIQUEL, SILICIO, VANADIO Y CINC. OPCIONALMENTE, EL INTERCAMBIO IONICO SE REALIZA PONIENDO EN CONTACTO LA CASEINA EN SOLUCION CON UNA RESINA CATIONICA CARGADA CON IONES ALCALINOS, POR ADICION AL CASEINATO FORMADO DE UNA RESINA CATIONICA CARGADA CON IONES ALCALINOS, POR ADICION AL CASEINATO FORMADO DE UNA SOLUCION DE OLIGOELEMENTO Y ULTRAFILTRANDO LA SOLUCION OBTENIDA.
