Abstract

Derivados de 2-amino sustituido -4(1H)-pirimidona de fórmula general **fórmula** donde R1 y R2, que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, representan cada uno de ellos un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo inferior; R3 representa un grupo alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo o haloalquilo, haloalquenilo, haloalquinilo o un grupo alquilo interrumpido con un átomo de oxígeno o de azufre; R4 representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo inferior; m es un número entero de 1 a 3 y n es un número entero de 2 a 4 ( sin embargo , R4 es un grupo alquilo inferior cuando R1 y R2 son un átomo de hidrógeno, R3 es un grupo alquilo m es 2 y n es 3) o una sal de adición de ácido de los mismos, y su procedimiento de fabricación. Los compuestos de esta invención ejercen actividad antagonista de los receptores H2 de la histamina y actividad citoprotectora gástrica y son muy útiles como fármacos para enfermedades gástricas.
