Abstract

Procedimiento para la producción de aerosoles acuosos insecticidas y acaricidas, caracterizado porque: a) en una primera etapa se introduce una solución de 0,01 a 6% en peso de al menos un producto activo insecticida y/o acaricida del tipo carbamato, piretroide, derivados del éster acético y/o derivados de los ésteres del ácido fosfórico; 0,1 a 2% en peso de al menos un emulsionante; 5 a 40% en peso de al menos un disolvente orgánico, así como en caso dado 0,1 a 6% en peso de aditivos, a una temperatura comprendida entre 10ºC y 30ºC, en un bote pulverizador, en el que está contenido de un 20 a un 70% en peso de agua; b) en una segunda etapa se cierra el bote pulverizador con una válvula; y c) finalmente, en una tercera etapa, se comprime de un 10 a un 50% en peso de un agente propulsor a una temperatura comprendida entre 20ºC y 30ºC, siendo la suma de los componentes respectivamente del 100% en peso.
