Abstract

Filtro cafetera constituido por tres cuerpos superpuestos y acoplados entre sí, de los que el inferior (1) sirve para depósito del agua en el que la misma se calienta y entra en ebullición por un medio cualquiera conveniente; el superior (3) lleva los filtros o coladores (13-15) entre los que se dispone el café molido y el central (2) sirve para recibir la infusión del café, comprendiendo además un tubo central (7) de quita y pon que comunica al cuerpo inferior (1) con el superior (3) de manera que el agua del primero al hervir, remonta al mencionado tubo y se vierte por su extremo superior sobre la masa de café molido a través de la que pasa formándose la correspondiente infusión que se recoge en el cuerpo central (2) antes mencionado.
