[Class 46] A filter device comprises a glass receiver c and a glass filter plate a having perforations b widening towards the draining side of the device, the filter plate being fused to the receiver subsequent to having been perforated. The perforations may be round, polygonal or in the form of slits ; the slits may be arranged as ports of concentric circles.
