Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de LH-RH o de análogos de LH-RH, caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar Glu-His(Dnp)-OH con el correspondiente péptido con grupos aminos libres y grupos carboxilo protegidos, en un disolvente habitual en la química de péptidos, con adición de 3-hidroxi-4-ono-3,4-dihidro-1,2,3-benzotriazina (HOObt) y una carbodiimida, y a continuación se separa el grupo dinitrofenilo.
