Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de nuevas 4-aminopiridinas, que está caracterizado porque un compuesto de la fórmula general II se hace reaccionar de modo habitual con una amina de la fórmula general R1-NH-R2 (III), y representado X un átomo de halógeno, y porque se aíslan los productos así obtenidos. También se pueden preparar compuestos de la fórmula I, en que R2 contiene un átomo de halógeno unido a alcohilo, halogenando por procedimiento habituales productos de fórmula I, que contienen en R2 un grupo hidroxilo unido a alcohilo; compuestos de la fórmula I, en los que R2 contiene un grupo alcohiltio, feniltio, sulfoxi o sulfona, se pueden preparar también haciendo reaccionar o compuestos de la fórmula II, en los que R2 contiene un átomo de halógeno unido a alcohilo, con mercaptanos de la fórmula HS-R5 (IV).
