Abstract
1. Dosímetro mejorado que incluye un motor eléctrico, una fuente de suministro de energía, un orificio de descarga, un dispositivo de filtro en el cual se acumulan las partículas o vapores presentes en una corriente de aire bombeada a través del dosímetro a un caudal constante controlado, una bomba de accionamiento variable que presenta un orifico de entrada y un orificio de salida, conectada por medio de un tubo con el dispositivo de filtro y acoplada con el motor eléctrico para aspirar la corriente de aire a través del dispositivo de filtro; estando un orificio calibrado situado en un tubo conectado con la bomba y con un orifico de descarga, con lo cual la corriente de aire es bombeada a través del orificio calibrado, creando así una pérdida de carga en la corriente de aire; un dispositivo para reducir las pulsaciones en la corriente de aire; un presostato diferencial situado en un tubo conectado paralelamente al orificio calibrado y que es activado por un cambio de la pérdida de carga enla corriente de aire, creando así una señal eléctrica de entrada de baja presión; un circuito integrador conectado eléctricamente con una fuente de energía y con el presostato, utilizando la señal de entrada de baja tensión generada por el presostato para integrarla; un circuito amplificador conectado eléctricamente con la fuente de energía y conectado en serie con el circuito integrador y con el motor eléctrico que amplifica la señal generada por el circuito integrador y aplica la señal amplificada al motor eléctrico, controlando así la velocidad del motor que arrastra la bomba de acuerdo con la señal generada por el presostato para mantener la corriente de aire con un caudal constante controlado; estando dicho dosímetro caracterizado por la mejora que consiste en: una válvula de derivación ajustable conectada en paralelo con la bomba de accionamiento variable, con lo cual se reciclan cantidades reguladas de aire procedentes de la salida de la bomba en la entrada de la misma, lo que permite que la bomba proporcione un caudal de aire reducido constante a través del dosímetro.
