Abstract

Dispositivo neumático multiplicador de fuerza que incluye un cárter, un pistón de accionamiento montado de manera deslizante en el cárter, un diafragma flexible que coopera con el pistón de accionamiento para dividir el interior del cárter en cámaras frontal y posterior, un mecanismo de válvula incorporado en el pistón de accionamiento, un eje de entrada para accionar el mecanismo de válvula con el fin de crear una presión diferencial entre dichas dos cámaras, y un disco de reacción para transmitir una fuerza orientada hacia adelante desde el pistón de accionamiento hasta un eje de salida y para transmitir una fuerza de reacción desde el eje de salid hasta el eje de entrada, estando dicho dispositivo caracterizado porque el disco de reacción está dispuesto en una cavidad formada en la superficie delantera del pistón de accionamiento, y porque la extremidad posterior del eje de salida está dispuesta de manera deslizante en la cavidad y está conectada de manera inseparable con el disco de reacción por medio de una conexión del tipo de saliente y cavidad formada entre ellos.
