Abstract

Un conjunto de freno de disco instalado dentro de una carcasa de diferencial, inmediatamente detrás de una carcasa de transmisión. El conjunto de freno incluye una pieza fundida que va montada detrás de la carcasa de transmisión y que sirve para sostener una construcción de freno de disco, adaptada para acoplarse a los discos situados en el eje de salida de la transmisión. La pieza fundida sostiene también, en forma giratoria, una palanca de accionamiento, yendo dotado el otro extremo de la palanca de una superficie seguidora de leva. Un extremo de un vástago va montado giratoriamente y lleva una leva que se acopla a la superficie seguidora de leva citada. El otro extremo de dicho vástago va dotado de una superficie esférica modificada, que pasa a través de una abertura cilíndrica existente en la carcasa de diferencial, de modo que el otro extremo del eje se proyecta hacia fuera de la carcasa. Las piezas están fabricadas en forma que puedan ser fácilmente montadas.
