Abstract

Un método de fabricación de intercambiadores de calor para fines de refrigeración y calentamiento, consistiendo dichos intercambiadores de calor en un número predeterminado de tubos de sección transversal sustancialmente rectangular que alternan con miembros intermedios de agrandamiento de la superficie en forma de una tira metálica delgada plisada que tiene sus crestas unidas por material de soldadura a los lados más anchos de los tubos y que mantiene un paso constante o esparcimiento uniforme entre los tubos, comenzando con piezas de elementos de tubo y miembros de agrandamiento de la superficie con longitudes predeterminadas, caracterizado porque las piezas de elementos de tubo y los miembros de agrandamiento de la superficie se colocan continuamente en apoyo mutuo a tope y en esta posición son hechos avanzar de forma forzada en su dirección transversal mientras se vence una fuerza de acción contraria determinada, primero a través de una zona de calentamiento para fundir el material de soldadura a la temperatura de soldadura y después a través de una zona de enfriamiento para enfriar el material de soldadura fundido a la temperatura de fusión, de modo que las crestas de las tiras metálicas plisadas sean puestas en unión íntima soldada con piezas de elementos de tubo adyacentes.
