Abstract
Un procedimiento para la preparación de sales de ácido (-)cis-1,2-epoxipropilfosfórico con bases atóxicas, caracterizado porque el ácido cis-1- propenlifosfónico, una vez oxidado al epoxiácido racémico correspondiente, se trata con L(+)-treo- 1-(p-metil-mercaptofenil)-2-amino-1,3-propandiol, en calidad de agente de resolución óptica, adicionando lentamente este reactivo mientras se controla el pH a un valor entre 5 y 6 y, una vez separada la sal de ácido (-)cis-1,2- epoxipropilfosfónico con el agente de resolución, se suspende en agua y se aclaliniza formándose la sal sódica de la que se obtiene, opcionalmente, la sal de base deseada.
