Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de soluciones de silicato por reacción de los polvos volantes que se producen en la obtención de silicio o bien de aleaciones de ferro silicio, con soluciones acuosas de hidróxido de metal alcalino a temperaturas más elevadas y filtración a continuación de las soluciones obtenidas, caracterizado porque polvo volante se trata con una solución acuosa al 5 hasta 15% en peso de hidróxido de metal alcalino a temperaturas 120º hasta 190º C y una presión de 2,9 hasta 18,6 bar en el autoclave, ascendiendo la proporción en peso entre la solución de hidróxido de metal alcalino y el polvo volante sólido a 2:1 hasta 5:1
