Abstract
Procedimiento y sistema para probar las características de funcionamiento de válvulas de cierre de un supresor de choque montado para su funcionamiento en una instalación, procedimiento caracterizado porque comprende: transportar un primer bote que contiene un fluido, un segundo bote para recoger el fluido y un bote de vacío al lugar de funcionamiento del supresor de choque; interconectar un conjunto de válvula y conducciones de fluido a los botes y a las lumbreras de avance y de retroceso del supresor de choque; hacer funcionar el conjunto de válvulas para bombear a un caudal regulado el fluido del primer bote, a través del supresor de choque hasta el segundo bote sin interrumpir el funcionamiento normal del supresor de choque; recoger el fluido del segundo bote después que el fluido ha pasado a través del supresor de choque; medir la velocidad del fluido que fluye el supresor de choque, de modo que la velocidad medida proporciona una indicación del caudal necesario dentro del supresor dechoque para cerrar las válvulas de cierre y bloquear el supresor de choque; desconectar el conjunto de válvula y las conducciones de fluido del supresor de choque; y quitar los botes, el conjunto de válvula y las conducciones de fluido del lugar de funcionamiento del supresor de choque.
