Abstract

Procedimiento mejorado para la preparación de interferón, que se caracteriza porque antes de que, o antes y mientras que células de una línea celular de origen linfoblastoide, permanentemente cultivable, o células fibroblásticas humanas con grupo diploide de cromosomas y limitada duración o con grupo heteroploide de cromosomas y limitada divisibilidad sean incubadas con inductores de interferón, estas células son tratadas con estimuladores adecuados y, si se desea, el interferón formado en la incubación es separado y/o purificado según métodos conocidos en sí.
