Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de un alimento animal suplementado conteniendo proteínas, concentrado, de composición equilibrada respecto a los aminoácidos esenciales, caracterizado porque consiste en someter una materia prima derivada de menudos de carne y desechos de matadero, productos de desecho de la industria del pescado, desechos vegetales y mezclas de los mismos, a un proceso de hidrólisis con un ácido mineral fuerte seleccionado entre ácido sulfurico, ácido clorhídrico o mezclas de los mismos con una base, conduciéndose el tratamiento a temperaturas elevadas, preferentemente a una temperatura entre 100ºC y 120ºC, durante el curso de 8 a 12 horas, enfriando a continuación la masa de reacción y neutralizándola a un valor de pH de 4 a 6, aislando por filtración el producto conteniendo los aminoácidos esenciales y, finalmente concentrando el filtrado bajo vacío.
