Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de aluminatos de metales alcalinos a partir de soluciones acuosas, por deshidratación mediante un proceso de soluciones acuosas, por deshidratación mediante un proceso de secado, caracterizado porque se someten soluciones de aluminatos de metales alcalinos con una concentración de óxido de metal alcalino de 1 a 6 moles/litro y una proporción molar de óxido de metal alcalino de a1-2 O3 mayor de 1, de preferencia de 1,1 a 1,8, a un secado por atomización, habiéndose preparado la solución de aluminato de una manera en sí conocida, en especial por disgregación de trihidrato de alumina (a1-2 O3 . 3H-2 O) con NaOH acuosa a temperaturas en el margen de 110 a 140ºC, de preferencia de 125 a135ºC, ajustándose recíprocamente la cantidad de tihidrato de alúmina y la cantidad de concentración de NaOH acuosa de tal modo que la solución de aluminato resultante tenga una concentración de óxido de metal alcalino de 1 a 6, de preferencia de 4 a 6 moles/litro, y una proporciónmolar Na2O a A1-2O-3 de 1,1 a 1,8, de preferencia de 1,1 a 1,4, y empleándose preferentemente las soluciones de aluminatos de metales alcalinos que contienen disuelto un agente auxiliar de atomización.
