Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de un compuesto de moldeo termoplástico de (1) 70-30 partes en peso de un policarbonato termoplástico a base de dihidroxidiarilalcanos, inclusive aquellos que llevan grupos cloro, bromo o metilo en la posición o con respecto al grupo hidroxilo y (2) 30-70 partes en peso de una mezcla de un 25-100% en peso de copolímeros de injerto de un monómero polimerizado en un caucho y 0-75% en peso de un copolímero de un 95-50% en peso de estireno, alfa-metilestireno, metacrilato de metilo o mezclas de los mismos y un 50-5% en peso de acrilonitrilo, metacrilonitrilo, metacrilato de metilo o mezclas de los mismos, caracterizados porque como copolímeros de injerto se copolimerizan con una mezcla de a) un copolímero de injerto de 50-95 , preferentemente 50-70% en peso de una mezcla de los monómeros estireno y acrilonitrilo ( en proporción en peso de 50:50 hasta 95:5) injertados en 5-50, preferentemente 30-50% en peso de un caucho de un tamaño medio de partículas de 0,1-2,preferentemente 0,3 hasta 1 micra, y un grado de injerto de 0,2-0,5 y b) un copolímero de injerto de 40-10 preferentemente 35-20% en peso de una mezcla de los monómeros estireno y acrilonitrilo (en proporción en peso de 50:50 hasta 95:5) y 60-90, preferentemente 65-80% en peso de caucho con un tamaño medio de partícula de 0,1-2 micras, preferentemente 0,3-1 micras y un grado de injerto de 0,7-0,9, conteniendo la masa de moldeo los copolímeros de injerto a) y b) en una proporción en peso de 1:3 hasta 3:1 y ascendiendo su contenido en caucho a un 10-25 , preferentemente un 15 hasta 20% en peso.
