Abstract

Procedimiento de preparación de piretrinas y sus análogos y, más particularmente, de preparación de compuestos ópticamente activos y racémicos de la fórmula general I **(Fórmula)** en la cual R11 es un grupo alquilo inferior de cadena recta o ramificada o un grupo alquenilo o hidrógeno; R y R12 pueden ser iguales o diferentes y significan hidrógeno, halógeno o alquilo inferior, o uno de los símbolos R y R12 puede también significar alcoxicarbonilo inferior; el enlace sim de valencia representa una configuración alfa y/o beta; el enlace ¿ de valencia representa una configuración beta, caracterizado porque comprende tratar un compuesto ópticamente activo o racémico de la fórmula general II **(Fórmula)** en la cual R, R11, R12, sim y ¿ tienen el mismo significado que se ha indicado anteriormente, con un agente oxidante en un disolvente orgánico aprótico inerte.
