Abstract
The water storage tank is circular. Its diameter is 4-5 times its height. This tank is insulated and its top (8) is convex and locates the solar heating panel. This has a transparent cover (2), forming a space between the tank top. Water is removed (3) from the tank by a pump (4). It is then fed (5) into the space of the solar panel and the hot water returned to the tank through a hole (6) in its top. Thermostatic control (7) is provided, a protective cover (9) is fitted and a hot water outlet (10) is available.
