Abstract
Un procedimiento para la preparación de un péptidos psico farmacológicamente activo, de fórmula A1-A2-L-Phe-X-L-Tre-L-Ser-R1-Y-L-Ser-R2-L-Tre-L-Prp-L-Leu-L-Val-L-Tre-B (I) donde A1 y a2 son un resto de un L-aminoácido de fórmula H2N-Alq-CO, donde Alq es un grupo alquilideno de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono X representa uno de los estos aminoácidos L-Met,L-Met(O), L-Met(O2) o L-Leu, R1 y R2 representan uno de los restos aminoácidos L-Glu o L-Gln; Y representa el resto aminoácido L-Lis o D-Lis y B representa uno de los radicales aminoácidos o Péptidos siguientes L-Leu-OH, D-Leu-OH, L-Me-Leu-OH, L-Leu-L-Phe-OH, L-Leu.L-Phe-L-Lis-OH, L-Leu-L-Phe-D-Lis-OH o L- Leucinol así como los derivados funcionales del mismo cuyo procedimiento se caracteriza porque el péptido arriba indicado en el que al menos el resto aminoácido N-terminal es protegido por un grupo N-protector y opcionalmente también son protegidos otros residuos aminoácidos, es desprotegido por medio de disociación hidrolítica o no hidrolíticacatalizada reductiva, ácida o básica, después de lo cual el péptido obtenido puede ser convertido en un derivado funcional.
