Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar derivados parcialmente clorados de 3-metilpiridina, conteniendo un solo átomo de cloro como sustituyente en el anillo piridina y 2 ó 3 átomos de cloro como sustituyentes en el grupo metilo, caracterizado porque comprende clorar 3-metilpiridina, en fase vapor, a una temperatura de 250 a 400ºC, siendo la proporción empleada de cloro de al menos 5 moles por mol de 3-metil-piridina.
